At Rugs and Roses, we are committed to delivering your beautiful rugs quickly and efficiently. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

- Delivery Partner: We partner with Delhivery to ensure reliable and timely deliveries across India.

- All India Delivery: We offer delivery to all locations within India.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000. Below it, Rs. 200 Shipping will be applied.

- Delivery Times:

• Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after the rug has shipped.
• Processing Time: Orders for in-stock rugs are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order rugs may take 1-2 weeks for production before shipping.

- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

- Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we do not ship outside of India. Please contact us for any special requests.
