We offer a 14-day return policy for all our rugs and carpets. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect

To maintain the quality of your handmade carpet:
- Vacuum regularly using a suction-only vacuum cleaner
- Rotate the carpet every few months to ensure even wear
- Clean spills immediately by blotting (not rubbing) with a clean, damp cloth
- Have the carpet professionally cleaned every 12-18 months

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Generally, domestic orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business days. International orders may take 10-14 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved
